I use my car /tain or in the really main base the belts from production i dont buidl so that i dont can go anywhere there is always some space not much but enough for the carakter. Ands i think its not so hard to move around you have only to build smart

I have in my savegame a seperate logistic network for my borders (lasers and Walls ) the repairpacks get delivered manually or by train but i put one chest with 800 repairpacks then i have not to worry for longe time and to expand i just build new networks towers and set the defense blueprint i have...

Whit Advanced Oiltech you can transform heavy Oil into light oil and lightoil + water into petroleum so if you only need petroleum you can use this but also later you need trains and i use for them the fuelblocks.

One of my pipeline is maybee 100-200 meters long but for a train its to short i think and its in my base so no space for train for other far away locations i use the train have a huge train wit more than 200 oil barrels in it

Its miles away from your setup but its in my base and there is not so much space also its my old first Steamenginepark from this game so now i can use it with your technique. Pumpes are usefull for long pipeline after a specific lenght of the pipe the Oil or other fluid dont go furher so you need a pump too get the Fluid to the destination. And with pumps the fluid is faster.

Yes i hope we get some more stuff for generating power and a colling Tower would be really cool but its a game so maybee not so important but i think it would be cool to have other enrgys too, so maybee fluid oil burners /gas /nuclear energy or my favorit biomass energy from the aliens

The controles are to hard?? I mean it on the gameplay mechanics if you can lay out the pipes like the energy poles its woukd really easy to build much pipes with diffrent liquids in a small place it actually its a good gameplay element you need space for the pipes and the underground pipes are a goo...

First i prefer solid fuel but later i go on solar because i can use the Oil for better thinks then energy production and with a demand on over 60 MW the steam engines are not a really option it get to expensive. I think its good the developer used time before release on steam there are to many bad games out there that in really early development and got release.
