Greetings, I also have been have this issue on returning to Factorio this weekend. I am sitting at FPS 30/ UPS 60 on a new map. Unfortunately, this is occur on both high and normal sprite levels. Just done some quick testing in which I converted the iron belt for the turrets to a yellow half iron/half gears fully compression.
