Scans the ammount of ressources in a area a little smaller than maximum zoomed out.
Details:
Technically it is a mine with 113x113 area (=almost full screen), 0 mining speed and 999 mining hardness (So it can sum all ressources).

When I enter the train i get the following msg.
Error while running the event handler: __VehicleSnap__/control.lua:13: Callable only on car entity type.
(reproduced w/o mods on a new map)
But I truly do love your mod. Now i only crash into my base in corners and not on straight tracks.

After some playtesting: ressource demand is ~ + 50% for green and purple science. Settlers(2). The economy is "automated" and your job is proper connection between "producers, converters and end-users". e.g. you mine coal and iron ore. then you smelt it to iron, then you forge it to weapons. It also allows cooperative multiplayer. And if focusses on logistics ...

Imho it is already turing complete. We can already build all basic boolean expressions and also 1 bit memorys. --> this allows (in theory) that any cpu can be simulated within factorio.

There is a graphic bug in the zoomlevel 0.424, resolution 1920x1080px.
Circuits on red belts which are going north/south(not east/west) are flashing.
When i pause the game some are drawn with a 75% yellow surface and others are drawn 75% red (in case of red circuits).
