Hi. Sorry for delay. I had troubles with my PC.
I made 2 variants of graphics: with and without bumpers. So you can choose either or both. There are 12 PNG pieces in total. I hope they will fit, otherwise feel free to ask some changes.

Bad news. I already made all parts to fit 64x64 including supports and shadows, thats because of perspective. I measured gaps between horizontal and vertical rails and the coefficient of the size reduction is about 0.74. So if we want 64 px wide vertical bridge we have to make horizontal one to be 4...

Does this fit? It's not 3D render, it is pixel art.
If it is good enough I can add the vertical pieces and the remains.

Three vertical pieces are ready (except for broken variants). Also here an example of narrow crossover.
If anyone can and want to code, feel free to ask here - I'll give all needed pieces.

RoadWorks has working bridges, so you might want to look into that. They are very hacky, but work fine if you ignore nearby terrain sometimes changing when you place them. The graphics are nowhere near finished and I got stuck on them because I'm no 3D artist, so it's unlikely to get finished anyti...

Current rail system is very flexible, but sometimes I want rails to me more smooth. I propose three new pieces just like in SimCity4's Network Addon Mod FAR pieces.
