Workaround: replace your high content chest with a steel chest, place a stack inserter and a logistic chest beneath it. Now you set this logistic chest to some smaller amount. Currently it's tedious to setup a production line to produce enough radars in the quantity that I want to be firing shells. They will release 0.17.0 without high-res icons because they have more important stuff to do and don't want to push the release even further back. Some time after 0.17.0 these icons will be released, probably together with bugfixes in 0.17.x

You can already do that. Connect a green / red wire to a belt piece and now you can control the activity of the belt. :)
