I don't have skills to record a video in gif like people do here usually, but I can say that 50-100 radars placed in a rectangle will discover a territory at their maximum range in a couple of minutes. This looks great on a map, you should try!

Yes, reset seems more valid option because it can have more places to apply than just increment.

Are you disabling the station the train is trying to drive to via the circuit network? No, I have no railway elements which are controlled by circuit network anywhere on the map as I remember. And definitely this circuit - from mines to buffer station - has no circuit network controlled stations or...
