Re: Game Of Live: Biomes/Land generation/changes
Hmm growing biter bases, tress, landscape change, this could bring nice challenge to the game. But i bet developers have tons of work already. Saw vid on czech gaming site and they said they almost gave up on this game, but i hope it's much better now.

Water depletion and renewal
Maybe we could drain lakes like we can drain oil reserves? I guess lakes will provide more water than oil field but, we're here do deal ecology damage, and you can't really drain oceans of water from that small pond right? Maybe this is adding too much stuff to worry, with water as renewable source....

Re: Unpowered Pump
An unpowered pump (in factorio) doesn't allow any liquid flow. What do you mean by real pump? how do they operate when not powered? Edit: I just noticed you said the water pump, not small-pump. The water pump doesn't use power. I think it's a simplification decision, to avoid a "chicken and eg...

Re: Power Lines improvement
So maybe when you click power pole, you will see power flowing through it? Maybe just eye candy to add more visual cables to each power pole tier. :) It might be really harder to code since, you'll need to consider multiple redundant trees of power lines. Or maybe 100% overloaded cable would start t...

Few newbie questions.
Here goes first: water pumps don't require any power to work?
If i remove cable from power pole how can i attach cables to it again?
Do power lines have power limit?
Are there some kind of boss type enemies that will come if i pollute too much?
Thanks for helping.

Re: Question about starting empty
I love challenge. That's why i always look for mods that make game harder. I'm still playing game with very low enemy bases just to learn how game goes, and i'm already thinking how i'll make it ridiculously hard and fun.

Maybe some tougher aliens that spit spines and shoot some back? Stronger walls?
But hey you can always play alien shooter.

Re: solar panel production speed
Solar panel should require some sort of maintenance (maybe some material that will be used as "fuel" to maintain it?).

Power Lines improvement
Power lines should have different capacity for transporting electricity and higher tier power poles should have more cables on them to look like they carry more electricity. My idea is this (i haven't played factorio much so numbers will be probably way off). I know about 3 types of power lines (hav...

Maybe water in lakes should have capacity that renews over time? Instead of unlimited water supply?
