Re: [0.10.x] Bob's Ore Mod.

different temperatures and pressures could create mineral formations not seen on earth, i don't know if a nickel-lead sulfate is at all possible though :p also the ore can hold both a lead sulfate and a nickel sulfate, they don't have to be combined. But when you proces the ore you have to seperate...

Re: [0.10.x] Bob's Ore Mod.

So you say laws of physics/chemistry does not apply there? I don't think it's possible to make compound out of it for practical use. It just feels weird. I love big industrial chemistry :D

Re: [0.10.x] Bob's Ore Mod.

Well you can combine ore for the sake of combining ore, but don't expect people like me to understand why. I'm more of a overly complicated gregtech guy that likes when things are realistic. Still you can save some ore space when you combine stuff. There should be like dump sewage pipes and trash ch...

Re: [0.10.x] Bob's Ore Mod.

I found both of those while looking last night. They're not it. Whatever it was, it's green, because I based the colour of the icon on what the ore actually looked like. Well, a major source of nickel is millerite and consists of the elements you mentioned. The green one might be a nickel iron sulf...

Re: [0.10.x] Bob's Ore Mod.

Yeah i forgot. I must confused it with something that is actually silver. PbS yeah S is sulfur. But damn what was i thinking to confuse it with silver. As far as i know there is no such thing as nickel galena.

Re: [0.10.x] Bob's Ore Mod.

Just a note: Galena is PbS so galena is lead and silver mineral that needs to be chemically separated. So current galena is fantasy metal.

Anyway, will mods work in multiplayer? Provided they don't use math random (with unpredictable seed kinda).

Re: [0.10.x] Bob's Ore Mod.

I use RSO and i set it to work with bob's ores and i say every damn thing is controlled by RSO and i even tweaked some settings so you get enough materials for everything. I kinda lowered biters, because i was not in the mood to fight them.

Your "math" would not be math, but some random things you wrote. I actually used real math to calculate this.

Re: maybe there should be alchemy

I guess you can get some fusion reactor and do some futuristic fusion to get iron out of copper, or split iron atoms into copper atoms. Though i feel both tasks would cost a bit insane amount of energy to be viable.

20 seconds = 0,005h
0,33h = 19,8min

Some people should not skip math class in primary schools.

Re: [0.10.x] Bob's Assembly Machines

Problem with your mod is, it is much more balanced recipe, pollution, power use/production so much, that i mostly curse at dytech and treefarm how imbalanced their parts are. Electric furnaces are real pain for me to bear. Higher tier eat less power and is faster! I mean if it was more power efficie...
