Hmm ...

I play Windowed (due to recording issues) and my factorio remembers its position and size. Do you have Admin rights on your harddrive?

I have seen in dytech, that you clean water and get from the input of dirty water an output of clean water and stone.

You have to put tanks to the other oils also.
Your raffinerie would not work if it can not output all 3 oils at the sametime.
