[0.15.x] wrong display of tooltip for robots

the tooltip (when you put the mouse on a flying robot) said for power usage : "3.0kW + 5.5kJ/m"

Should be : "3.0kJ + 5.5kJ/m"

I have a signal on my hand, but factorio don't suggest or accept the placement of a signal on the straight horizontal rails I just build (on orange side)
Not normal. should suggest & accept the build.

And all work fine with gost build of the signal.

As show on this sreenshot, when I used 2 programmable speaker to do some alert, only one is show as a icon (the wood). The second one (coal) is only visible on the text fild (test 1) but not as icon. I was preparing my base for 0.15, so I choose to stop all productions.

And I discovered that I have about 1000 construction robots stuck. I don't understand why they can't go to sleep.

block because this signal/train. A zone ans bypass C is the same zone. so red because a train are present on the zone.
