I had the same issue today, cause by the update of windows 10.

Passive provider chest can be use to put all stuff for construction robots. So you can use bleuprint before having the logistic network reach.

the problem is cause of this line (twice define the same variable) :

ion-cannon-voice-style=Play a klaxon sound whenever a target for an ion cannon is designated.

I don't understand.
Agree that in power, we have a static part and a moving part. But why the staatix part should be in watt and not in joule ?
