Go into your factorio folder. There should be a link to a folder named "saves". What you're looking for is there, it's a simple zip file, so it's easy to keep it synchronized between your home and work PC via the cloud (or an USB stick).

What would help : - Your PC Specs (CPU, RAM, GPU, VRAM, OS (+SP if revelant), Video Drivers, screen res) - Game info : the logfile generated , do you play the full game or the demo, the installer or the zip version ? The easiest way is by taking a screenshot of your Factorio Window and upload it on the forum with Upload Attachement (right under where you type when posting), and adding an inline after that.
