There is a manual change that has to be done by the moderator himselg to change de color of his name.
Some do it, some don't (but it has been documented by Ssilk, so every mod has access to the information) :)

If you threw it in .rar format, that's normal : You should either uncompress it and add the mod folder, or unrar, zip, and add the zip.
Factorio doesn't read rar format.

If you see a spambot, you can report it with the report function, and wait for mods to do their job.
