You place too many drills on the same side of the belts. 7 on left side. 15 on right side. Yellow belt have a throughtput of 13.33 items/sec. Boat could also be use for transportation and could work on same level as train.

Actually the safest way to place a car into a garage is to automate it. Place a long basic belt path ( horizontaly ) at the end of garage place door each side of the belt (top and down ).
