I have the bobinserters mod installed and for some reason when I press the long-handed inserter in the gui at the top of the screen it still remains as a regular inserter.

Is there a way to get synthetic wood to turn into regular wood?

I have been trying to download the multiplayer map that my friends are on so that I can play with them, but the download speed is always extremely slow. I download ga,es/updates in steam at around 300kb/s while I can only download the map at like 2kb/s. Is that normal?

I just recently research railway, but i can not seem to find curved rails anywhere. I have straight rails and I looked through the other tech, but none of them have curved rails?

with bob mods mining is the first level of the electric miner requiring blue assembly boards? Early on you haven't had the infrastructure to make these without having the tech to make a few vital components prior to what you need to make green lab packs. I was wondering if the increasing difficulty...

Is there a way to get the older recipe for the mining drills back without the basic electronic boards?

I just recently got this game 2 days ago and have already put close to 20 hours into it. I started building a few small factories to begin to get the ropes of the game and then I restarted and started building this. The factory took me over 9 hours to build and is very messy. What do you guys think?...

Thank you all the help. I finally got the trains working. I didn't belt the iron as it was a relatively small mine and I ate through the iron from it in like 20 minutes while the tracks now connect to the much larger iron mine which you can see on the map.

I have been having a lot of problems with this railway. I have tried switching the train stops, but I keep getting a no path error. I looked at tutorials and followed the directions in them, but I can't seem to get the railway to work.
