Re: Help with a clock circuit.
To start with the top right combinator is listening for S=300 but the bottom left only sends the signal when LESS than 300 so it only goes up to 299 and dont work. Secondly you dont need the bottom right combinator but you can just put S=2 in the inserter instead. Thirdly, i made an even more compac...

Re: [0.16.36] Is this a splitter bug or intended?
I agree on the fact that some compact splitter systems can be hard to debug since it is hard to see what is going on between them, so i usually do as posila and leave a gap of belts so that you can see what is going on. It helped alot when i tried splitter sorting before it became a feature.

Re: Your Logistic Robots Are Broken! [Forum Game]
The bots thought that you wanted a steam power system so they built a massive steam power plant that ate all your coal. The black smoke they produced got picked up by the noses of every biter in 10 km radius. Now you dont have any coal for grenades and no steel for piercing rounds(they used all the ...

You get a large tranformer coil that came from a substation at the solidfuel manufacturing plant, then your base enter blackout becauce you ran out of fuel. (you should have switched to nuclear a long time ago...)

Re: Counting item stacks with circuits?
i Think you can write 1/each in the combinator now, but it wont make any sense becauce it is Always integer so you can only get 1 or 0
unless you do 1000/each and then do something with that

Re: Version 0.16.16
here's a few belt achievement ideas. 1 mile machine: Place a belt that covers 880 tiles (assume each tile is a 2 yards long) If I could walk 500 miles: Items travelled 500 miles via belt. Now you're thinking with splitters: use a splitter to Prioritise left and right for input and output, and apply...

Re: Friday Facts #224 - Bots versus belts
I am one who like belts and trains. I still use bots for resupplying myself and blueprinting stuff. And also for small minority items that i dont feel like making a new belt for. like Alien artifacts when those exsisted. I also like to make factories that use combinators to calculate how much is nee...

Re: Your Logistic Robots Are Broken! [Forum Game]
Becauce the robots did not find any quad core combinator you got 4 regular combinators instead, they didnt find any better coolant either so they dropped them in a lake and now none of them are working.

Re: Splitter not working properly
It fails when the belts coming in are Close to fully compressed and the inputs are somewhat random. I am using it for my adaptable furnace design to filter the iron/copper to different trains, a few items slip through when it switches ore type, but the filter inserters will easily deal with it. Can ...

Re: Splitter not working properly
My take on this splitter sorter works almost perfect with 0.16 exept it derped when uupdating and i had to reset all the settings in it. Apart from that it filters >90% of all items correct, if it only comes in one type of item it is 100%. Fixed it with a few filter inserters to remove any mislabele...

Its a Little hard to give tips when i cant see anything else in the image, but if you have the inserter going from assembler to chest you can just set the inserter to "anything"<20 if you want it to react to any items. Or if you have multiple such systems in parralel you can setup a consta...
