I think it's a matter of quantity.
Belts for the main grind of ores/plates. For shipping final products around it's bots.

Sure, the combat can be dull. We are dealing with predictable bugs.
But I could feel the same way about running out of ore and having to build out to another patch?

My point was simply that enemy camps will re-appear. The ores do not.

It's because your demand is excessive. Such pollution for a spread out area is impressive. I think it's kind of funny that the alien artifacts universally are regarded as valuable.. but it seems to me that it's the only truly renewable resource!

I have a confession, when I first started and went through the tutorials I moved things by hand until WAY LATE because I didn't realize the belt in my inventory was conveyor belts. Mouseover just says "50 health" so I thought it was a health or armor thing, saved it in case I got attacked....

I'm getting an error now upon loading. :(

Of course if you let the automatic insertion of robots into the ports run for too long, you can end up with a few thousand extra robots that you didn't really need :oops:. +1 I think it is a bug if the drone gets "stuck" and just hovers there indefinitely. That's not intended behavior, especially in cases where there's plenty of storage chests and everything. Not your fault if a build ghost expires and the bot can't just give up on the idea. Logistic or cons...
