Re: [1.0.0] Offensive Automatic Train Name
While I agree that this is not an appropriate name, I wonder for how long this name has been in the game. Because if the name has been accepted and integrated in the list 2 years ago, it would maybe be complicated to remove it now. Considering that name ingame is a reward and Wube always delivers ...

Re: I need help with FPS stutter diagnosis
Thank you. I'm currently investigating Graphics settings. Turning everything to very low improved performance : the stutters happen but they're much shorter so FPS drops to 56-58 only. I'm confused about force-openGL, I did try that, and thought it was enabled on the config.ini I sent, but it turns ...

Re: I need help with FPS stutter diagnosis
To complete the first post, here's my config.ini file, and a log from a 2 minutes session where I experienced these FPS drops (from 50 to 55) :
- when opening Load game window
- when walking a few steps
- when opening Inventory
- when opening Menu

I need help with stutter diagnosis (probably not GFX related)
Hello, I lack the technical knowledge to know why my game stutters sometimes.
The stutters appear when "calling" a new element (that wasn't used in the last minutes) : opening a GUI (very prone to stutter), browsing menus, game tips simulation, playing a new soundtrack, playing an entity sound, or ...

I don't know about the first part, does fixing the signal solve the problem ?
The second part has been reported already, here's boskid's answer :

Factorio Combinator Orchestra
I'm designing a machine to make music creation in Factorio easier. Today, the first component is ready to be shown.
Here's the video presentation of the Arpeggiator :

Re: Epilepsy inducing screen effects
C'mon, that's so rude... If you can report seizure while playing factorio, make a report. If you hate a visual effect in a modded game, just play vanilla?

Re: Epilepsy inducing screen effects
Hey, I actually was diagnosed with epilepsy, and I have to say I never experienced any seizure with Factorio in 6 years of gameplay. Epilepsy seizure triggers are IMO important to take care of, but if there isn't any trigger... I don't see the point mentioning this in the thread title, and pushing ...

Allow text input for Programmable speaker volume
Hello,
I'd like the Programmable speaker GUI to allow text input in the volume setting, like the Sound settings GUI does. It would look like this :

Are these icons final? These new ones just look cheap, low res, blurry (also that drop shadow :D).
