It's low UPS. I'm not sure why just standing in the area shown by the screenshot would cause FPS to drop in .16 when .15 was fine in these situations. The card is a ASUS GeForce GTX 660 OC DirectCU 1020MHZ 2GB 6.0GHZ GDDR5.

Have the developers ever defined what they mean by "large bases" and "mega bases"? It would be useful to know (in terms of number of entities/factories/bots/belts) when reading about how these optimizations are tested and measured.

I don't know if this is a problem with Angels or Foreman as this is my first time producing Tungsten plates but Foreman crashes when I try to enter a fixed rate for the powder mixture to plate recipe (the image parameter is null). Further investigation reveals a lot of crashing on different recipes...
