[kovarex] [2.0.48] upgrading underground belt deletes half of them

this should be self explanatory. what i would expect to happen is to only upgrade the yellow underground to red, not delete them

also: when dragging over ghosted ug with an obstacle the exiting ugs are not placed (version 2.0.31)

the science capacity is reset after recycling them. this is different compared to things like e.g. spoilage and can also be "abused" for a much higher usage of said science packs. can easily be reproduced.

this seems to also work with durability items such as repair packs or ammo as well as items ...

I have been collecting a variety of different weird behaviours in the smart belting in this version. For some of them I am not sure if they originate from the same "bug", so they are in this post grouped together, I hope that is fine .

I would prefer no change over the current planned change, ngl. It is messing up more speedrun tech by fixing the bug. Is this a bug worth fixing?

What did you do? - placed a smelter blueprint on top of the already existing coal belt and then placed the underground going up.
What happened? - the coal belt going north did not get "picked up" by the underground.
What did you expect to happen instead? It might ...

In the editor mode, when using the cliff editor:
when dragging cliffs and pressing rotate at the same time you get a high amount placed at once.

An argument can be made that certain mechanics don't affect the average or casual player, but a speedrunner. Same with certain "bugs" or behaviours that were kept like the drop and pick button shenanigans a few weeks ago, even though they wouldn't be noticable to a "casual" player.
