I can get behind that too, I'm sure I have use left click to set empty slots with the thing I'm holding before but not consciously because middle click also does it. And as you said, middle click is how you interact with all the other game filters. There is no middle click on Mac though :( So there...

It is fixed for 1.1.1, but unfortunatelly, you'll have to redownload the game (if you don't use Steam version), as 1.1.0 is not able to download updates. We are sorry about that.

I'm quite surprised by the complaints related to the quickbar change. It seems like a super obvious thing to me, that I always clear the cursor automatically whenever I'm done doing something with an item. Clicking some other quickbar item with something else is hand is just something that doesn't ...

1.1.0 is broken on Mac

The 1.1.0 won't work as advertised on a Mac running BigSur 11.0.1
The updater didn't work at all, the direct download from de devs site worked but refrains from executing correctly.
- no hurry BUT kindly confirm to our minority that your working on that matter

TinyStart and FarReach, very popular one, don't work and won't save- at least not on the Mac Far Reach seems to work just fine for me though I use custom settings. I only want to interact with things at a distance and want to require bots to actually build things. And that works without any issues ...

Let me guess: You thought the mods didn't load because you didn't get the TinyStart items upon starting the new game? The mod got broken by the new freeplay intro cutscene, just like most other quickstart mods. This needs to be fixed by the mod author (it has already been reported on the mod page)....
