The same happens to cargo wagons, as already stated, and happens in 0.12.13 Inserters can also get stuck on filtered cargo wagons, depending on stack size filtered and inserter upgrade level. But, for some reason, after loading a saved game, YARM shows all previously mapped ressource fields as depleted. (0 Ore left, -0 ores/min, never depleting).
