Re: Version 0.12.4
I made two changes in the file, just some numbers shuffled around. Why does the update care about them? Would it not just replace the file if the patch changed something. Nope. Changing the base files isn't recommended. If you want to upgrade you'll want to either change the file back to what it wa...

Re: Animation of Inserter not working?
Looks like one of the mods is causing this issue, because it works normally in vanilla. It also looks like the copper cables are just disappearing, and not going into the assembler, because the assembler never runs in your video.

In that situation, you could put a full stack into each turret with ctrl+click and still have ammo left over. if math serves me correct, no you cant place full stacks if you have 12 turrets and have 2-k ammo. 2,000 / 12 = 166 ammo per turret. Re: Ghost building without item in inventory
I don't quite understand, is the purpose of the ghost building suppose to act like a planner for the items? As in, the buildings won't really be placed there, this ghost building will help the player see the layout of current or future items they wish to place in an area to help plan the layout of ...

Re: Disable Peacefulmode
As well as this, you'll also need to put /c game.forces['enemy'].kill_all_units() to kill off any biters/spitters that are still in peaceful mode.ratchetfreak wrote:type "/c game.peaceful_mode = false" in the console (no quotes)

Re: Possible with custom Scenario?
Sometimes we thought there was nothing to do, so we'd go and randomly fix issues in other 2 bases, or attack aliens. Apart from that, no real issues with it.jorgenRe wrote:Fish: Did you find any gameplay issues with one area?

if so, how did you combat it?

Re: Saved games, where's the offical dir they're in?
Are you suggesting patching (updating) with the ZIP is making the game behave differently? Yes. Because the zip comes with its own config file that tells it saves are in the program directory. Always update the installer version with the installer version. Always update the zip version with the zip...

New lamp entity is off-centre
As can be seen from the screenshot below and the linked screenshot, the new graphic for the lamp entity appears to be off slightly.

[0.12.2] [kovarex] [latency-hiding] Ctrl+Click on a chest in multiplayer sometimes doesn't work
Occasionally nothing will happen when ctrl+clicking a chest in multiplayer with latency hiding enabled.
Steps to reproduce:
Load a game in multiplayer with default latency settings, latency hiding enabled.
Ctrl+Click a chest with items inside.
Nothing happens, repeated clicks are sometimes necessary.
