The installer can't find a driver for the chipset on the mobo, you need to add it to the flash drive before you start the installation process. Check the motherboard manufacturers site for the required drivers (assuming XP is still supported!). https://www.balena.io/etcher/ is another tool like YUMI...

Easiest way is to start a single player game, set the map up as you prefer (water/resources/biters etc) Save the game, and then upload the saves/ and /mods/ folders to your server. Other way is to edit the files directly, check out map-gen-settings.example and map-settings.example in the data/ folder.
