Re: Factorio Roadmap for 0.16+

Good call on dirty mining, we already have mods for dirty mining so yeah, optimization is a way to go! New TG and artillery train, i can't wait to see that! :D There were already mods for nuclear power too, but that was put in vanilla. Actually, dirty mining is a better idea than mining productivit...

Re: Friday Facts #173 - Nuclear stuff is almost done

Fifty was just a number I picked out. Just one level is already a benefit to me. Agree to disagree, I guess.

Anyway, I just found out that Gotlag's Reactors mod already implements cooling towers more or less how I thought they'd be implemented in vanilla, so at least there's that option.

Re: Friday Facts #173 - Nuclear stuff is almost done

Whee, finally. Even so I have a big problem with it that unless you bother to do the calculations you won't know that it'll never pay itself off. I mean this is a research, you typically expect research to positively impact your game right? Not to mention they're marketing it in this FFF as a posit...

Re: Friday Facts #173 - Nuclear stuff is almost done

This feels too simplified, but I understand not wanting to make it too complex. It'd be really nice to have there be an option to make it more complex but more efficient with the less complex, less efficient option being there for anyone who wants it. Something like reactors that don't get too hot t...

But before we talk about the circuit network, we have to talk about parallel universes.

Re: [MOD 0.12.x] Circuit GUI 0.1.0

I've been watching this thread for quite a while now, and though my hopes are low, I'm going to ask if this will be updated for .13? It was such a neat concept that I'd hate to see it fade off.

Re: [MOD 0.11.x] Miniaturization

Alright, I've got them changed. Now I get this: Error while loading entity prototype "mini-electric-furnace" (furnace): No such node (crafting_categories) Modifications: Miniturization I made sure to search the releases forum in case it was a similar issue as the previous. I'm still sorry ...

Re: [MOD 0.10.x] Miniaturization

Apologies for the ancient bump, but is there a chance this mod will be updated to 11.x?

An updated version of this tutorial would be very much appreciated, then. That, or an explanation of what you mean with this?
