Re: Version 0.11.1

There are ZERO reasons to keep using Windows XP today. Anyone who "can't change" are lying. As for cars: Many other states have limits for manual transmission and cars without SRS\ABS because such cars require additional training to ensure road safety. 20 years car unlikely to have srs and...

Re: [0.11.1] Can't use modules in Electric Furnace

I can confirm issue.

11.1 do not allow electric furnace to use modules, I perfectly sure - this related to code merge of furnace and assembly machine.

Windows XP 32 bit 4.06% There is completely no reason to waste any resources to support XP and 32bit systems today. One more year and XP will be completely gone without trace. As for w8 w9 and w10 Windows 8 0.41% Windows Vista 32 bit 0.81% "Brand new OS" with inferior quality WILL BE IGNO...

Re: Friday Facts #41

in "extremely rare cases" developers must ensure their application to meet 2\4gb memory limit of 32 bit platform, this "optimization" cost both time and resources.

in case of 64bit only developers will have much larger memory windows and can deticate time to something else.

manual priority setting for chests (low normal high critical) and omitting of separate chest items will be nice addition.

games like gnomoria, rimworld and ofc dwarf fortress allows storage setup much more flexible.

I have a 32 bit CPU and 32 bit operating system that I purchased last year. It's a tablet that runs windows 8.1 but I could probably play factorio on it. It's not a tablet friendly game and I'm not asking it to be one :D i clearly stated "desktop hardware" not server, embedded, laptop or s...

Re: Friday Facts #41

i see no reason to "discuss" obvious things. intel dropped 32 bit desktop processors in 2006 amd in 2008 any desktop running 32bit processor is atleast 6 years old or using non desktop hardware. there is no reason to support 32bit architecture right now, ever if 32bit support dropped, only...

actually easy to implement as mod, but still, such simple and usefull feature ignored for soo long time

Wow people seem to be really bothered about the character. I'm not sure it even matters to me for there to be a character at all and just play it like a top down strategy game. It doesn't add that much to the game at the moment. I'm sure it will further down the line when you can customise the char...

Just as i dont understand why games like mass effect or dragon age implements "romance" including gay choises.

This is not "rant" after felale character other stupid options will be requested
