Likely a hardware issue. If you are overclocking, try if disabling it including xmp helps.

I can't add the game in GForce Experience (NVidiaSoftware) for optimization ? (Not detected) It's a 2D graphics game, the settings will come down to personal preference not performance on all hardware worth buying of the last 5 years and if not run on such hardware the game will lower the settings ...

This crash suggests a hardware problem, try removing any overclock including xmp.

That is the file your installation is using and it already contains the line, you need to edit it, not add it.C:/Users/garre/AppData/Roaming/Factorio/config/config.ini
