Likely a hardware issue. If you are overclocking, try if disabling it including xmp helps.

Only the devs could realistically fix it but it's time intensive, so without the game being at fault not likely.

It starts, goes live and you can connect to it. Check your server browser filters.

The log shows the server starting, how did you determine that the server is not live?

I can't add the game in GForce Experience (NVidiaSoftware) for optimization ? (Not detected) It's a 2D graphics game, the settings will come down to personal preference not performance on all hardware worth buying of the last 5 years and if not run on such hardware the game will lower the settings ...

This crash suggests a hardware problem, try removing any overclock including xmp.

Erm, currently, the max "non-stack...er, non-bulk" inserter hand size is 4. The 3 is the bonus granted by the various levels of research, that is added to the base level of 1 hand size to get to four.
Only bonus #2 and #7 apply to non stack inserters, maxing them out at 3.

That is the file your installation is using and it already contains the line, you need to edit it, not add it.
