Thanks, it now works, but now I'm having trouble changing the values for the cargo wagon.

Wagons also limit maximum speed. I've test multiple times with no wagons, still maxes out at 251.4 kph. check list: 1. data.lua file in mod's folder data.raw.locomotive["diesel-locomotive"].max_speed = 2.4 -- should go about 500 without wagons 2. Mod have to be enabled 3. Factorio needs r...

Been tweaking values, fixing code, and the locomotive STILL doesn't go faster.

I'm beginning to wonder whether or not if the 251.4 kph is hard-coded or not.

holy mother of bump I agree with priority system....just not the way it has been suggested here. My suggestion is simply to put an input box in the upper right corner of all logistic chests GUI for a number. Any items within that chest cannot be transported to any other chest that has a lower value ...

Sure, but that requires something to get it up to space, first. Perhaps a simple solid rocket engine, made with explosives and rocket launcher ammo, is unlocked with red science. It possible can take up to 100 red science at a time. By the time you reach green science, you could have an oil industry...

I'm pretty sure that there's mods that have power poles that stretch the distance between roboports. I think I've played with one,but never really used it.
