What is baffling me is why are all exit signals red.
On mini map, there seems to be no train that should block them.
So if I'm not missing something it may be more serious routing issue.

Unfortunately that's not really possible - what most people do is have a station many of their trains go to (for example iron, copper, coal, oil, and uranium unload) and fuel trains there. That's obvious solution. But not as elegant as dedicated Depot station, imho. ;-) So basically answer to my or...
