Perhaps, just perhaps, when you know you are spending a few hours working on something else, you should switch to windowed mode? ;) Also, for better productivity, if you're using windows 10, there's a "add new desktop" feature so you can have a seperated workspace from your games: https://...

Electricity is in fact lost in power lines during transmissions, but not much. Modern high voltage cables loses about 1% electricity per 100 mile, not too significant. Will color indicators be sufficient to describe all the information? I have never quite understand how rails work in this game, and I don't know if visualization helps in any way. I'd assume it helps if you have some understanding to the underlying system.
