The wiki is based on 0.18. What icons, specifically, are you referring to?

Re: Simple Questions and Short Answers
You can break the walls by shooting them (try 'c'). No way to mine them, though, and it's not really necessary.

Is there a way to fallback one beta to another once it's removed, though? I feel like that's something that just might not be possible.

Re: Anyone Ryzen Benchmarks?
This benchmark shows how bad Ryzen is for Factorio: https://factoriobox.1au.us/result/f4fe9a14-e851-4fbe-b4db-90941ac1ea8f Thats 75 UPS only compared to more then 100 for intel CPU's. The developers have already quite plausibly explained why the parallelization of tasks is done and as much as possi...

Re: Factorio for the iPad?
Considering apple's recent announcement to move to their own silicon, I would expect this topic to start getting more attention. If wube can make factorio run natively on the new apple silicon chips for macOS then I the jump to iPadOS will be significantly smaller. Have they found a Mac developer y...

Re: Friday Facts #352 - New website
Glad to hear that the website isn't going to become horribly bloated all of a sudden. (I can't really judge on style until it comes out.) which simply isn't possible to reproduce using CSS (I tried!). Sounds like nerd sniping Definitely. It's probably easier and smaller to embed a quick 5-vertice SV...

Re: Nauvis Post Collapse (16GB ram minimum required)
I am currently learning how to day trade, starting to do research to restart my research project from a different angle and I just asked a girl if she's down to spend the rest of her life with me which she is considering so I have really no idea if I will finish it tbh. Currently my plan is to upgr...

Re: [0.18] Sea Block Pack 0.4.7
I just tried to use only this mod and its direct dependencies with the latest steam stable (17.79 i think) and I was getting an error: data-updates.lua:626: in main chunk Do I need to use one of the more recent experiment factorio betas or is this a different issue? Yeah, it's for the latest experi...

Re: Friday Facts #350 - Electric mining drill redesign
Very nice. Agreed that it could stay in one spot a bit longer; maybe a bigger problem for me is that it seems to "bounce" when it hits the ground. Big spinning hunks of metal being falling downward should not bounce. I don't really see that in Klonan's video, though, so maybe it's my imagi...

Re: Starter page improvements
But .17 is still in experimental, so it could very well be on purpose? Really don't know considering there is a .17 overview there. 0.17 is stable (more specifically 0.17.79). 0.18 is experimental so far. How it comes that factorios experimental versions are much better since some AAA titles? (Stab...

Re: Just bought the game; What were Your first impressions?
Try the rocket launcher. You need lots of ammo, but they have quite some range .. but but but... I kept hitting trees ... and bushes .... Do you know that you can use <C> (unless you've changed the default setting) to choose a particular target? Space should only hit enemies too, if that's what you...

Re: Volume of 1 fluid unit
1 unit of water will be vaporized into 1 unit of steam, so it's mass unit, not the volume. Interesting point.... That would mean that pipes and tanks have a certain weight limit that they can handle, which could (not really) explain the volume differences. That said, if that were the case it should...
