It seems it was my game having an issue because uninstalling and reinstalling the mod seems to have bumped its version even though the game told me I had no mod update. So sorry, false report. Thanks for the fast answer !

As a French player I'm going to join what has already been said by several people: we do use Ctrl+Z for undo whatever the layout. Mapping the undo to Ctrl+whatever key is at the lower right does seem like a real bad idea for me. But I'm not sure there's actually a reason to make such a fuss about it...
