I have set up the signal and receiver and currently items are being loaded into the rocket but extremely slowly. How do you increase the speed and number of items being loaded into the rocket? surround the silo with loaders (or a few layers of bobs inserters if you play with those). keep the chests...

I would think it would try find 'science' or 'sci' in any 1 word in the name or description. not various letters from inquiry in different words of name/description. The former seems a lot more helpful due to a lot less false positives than the latter.

I would but then I would lose it's vast usefulness for everything else it is used for (crafting menu, log request, requester chests, combinators). I just dont see how fuzzy search leads to 'science' filter = burner drill and the other stuff I mentioned. Seems like a bug.

I don't know. It's been 3 years. Figured there's been updates to the mod that would make the manual incomplete. It sounds like you believe that is not the case.

What signal do I use in the provider/request station blueprint constant combinator so that the station is not automatically available to the LTN until I am ready? I guess for a requester I should just have a very high provider threshold and not set a default request in the blueprint but I'm not sure...

Problem with map gen I noticed with the last update today:

-Preview size doesn't obey config file

-Preview generation from right to left instead of from center out (like all previous 0.18.16 version)

-preview button clears play button. need to close preview now to start game

Sync mod settings with mods to avoid double restarts

TL;DR
Sync mod settings when sync mods in MP so you people joining don't need to restart multiple times if default mod settings aren't used.
Why ?
To avoid double restarts which take a long time with heavy mods like Py and AB and delay engagement from the user base.

Go to advanced search
