They aren't so useful that I would want to make 50 furnaces and 67 iron mines.

I'd rather fewer resource requirements and longer manufacture time, as others have suggested.

There should be a "sandbox" game variant where creepers aren't as important - say, you start with 10x the health and regen a lot quicker. This would allow people who like just to do the "sim" bit to only play that with little impact from creepers - but just enough to keep the gu...

I dont really like this idea. I bought the game because i enjoy building factories if we get robots to do everything and make it into a RTS it pretty much becomes a different game and i dont see it competing with starcraft unless theres something that can really make it stand out. It's not easy to show terrain on a top-down map.

My understanding is that the "rocky texture" that can't be mined are supposed to be hills.

An isometric view would work to show depth, but that might be outside the scope of the game.

Note: more of a question than an idea, but an idea if it hasn't been considered. I've been unable to find this information, but after the indiegogo campaign can u continue selling the game? The multi player goal is 22K which looks unlikely atm, but surely you will be able to continue selling copies...
