Someone sent me the save game, just to diagnose a bug,
and the base was really nicely laid out, so I used it for the GIFS

Can't you change the rates in the base game setting when you create a new game? I thought there was something there for pollution, killing, and time. If you're looking to stunt evo this is what I know that is available. That is my point, you can only set the speed of the evolution but the cap will ...

The evolution factor is a percentage of the maximum evolution and capped at 1.
I know that. The thing is, there is no way, in vanilla or with a mod, to set that cap to 0.4, for example

Evolution Factor Cap

I've a really direct question: Is there any mod that let you decide the Max Evolution Factor? In the 0.16 you can only decide if you want or not any evolution. So I thought that it would be interesting to choose the maximun number while keeping evolution as a factor in the game.
