Re: Trees more obvious on map
I agree to dee- and would enhance this with one more point: Let's make this feature researchable and/or config-option. Going off ssilk's idea, and another idea someone had about satellites: There could be a research option to make a mapping satellite, and after researching it new buttons will appea...

Re: Personal Roboport should come before Roboport
Doesn't that go against other tech though? You have to research lasers before personal laser defense, and batteries before accumulators. It makes no sense to have a small version of something if a bigger one didn't exist beforehand.

Re: Automated Vehicle Lifter/Carrier
Back to the issue at hand, I think if someone could program in one of those hovercars (I think there's a mod for that) they could probably be able to tell it to locate a vehicle and bring it to the player's location. Maybe one limitation would be that both player and vehicle would have to be in Rada...

Landfill and Stone Gathering
Let me know if there's already a discussion going on for this. TL;DR Stone patches should increase in size exponentially as you travel away from the starting area until they yield the same amount of stone as an iron field would iron. ----------------------------------------- Something I've seen in t...

Re: Request blueprint materials from logistic system
Coming off from the "advanced logistics slots": Maybe there could instead be a way to have multiple setups for your logistics slots. There would be a fifth row, and when clicked, your logistics slots would all change to what you had saved in that particular slot. If anyone played Minecraft...

Re: Filtered Deconstruction
If I understand correctly, you mean that when you let go of selecting an area it asks which items you actually want deleted?

Filtered Deconstruction
I've seen this mentioned in other threads without being discussed much, so here's a thread for it. TL;DR Deconstruction Planners should have the ability to filter what's being destroyed (ie don't remove power lines or roboports, or only remove trees) -------------------------------------------------...

Re: Tide Generators
Did we just get lore that the planet has no moon? Or is it simply impossible for a flat plane to have no rivers??? Although I agree, having some form of hydroelectric power would be cool. Maybe having a water tile (similar to the landfill tiles, but working in reverse) and using it to create a river...

I don't have anything to add other than a Heck yes! if this gets implemented. (I've lost over 100 robots that way)

Re: Nuclear power. Why go fission when we have fusion?
(tritium doesn't occur very much in nature, you usually breed it by neutron degeneration of lithium 6, which is a rareish isotope of lithium, which would introduce a new ore I agree with this, I think Lithium should be added as a new ore. However, I also think we should add Uranium to the game. The...

Re: auto drag roboport
This would be really useful! I've had to use blueprints to place them properly (along with big power poles in tracks) just to tear them down again because I was only using them for deconstruction.

Re: Automated Vehicle Lifter/Carrier
If it could be used to carry items, then what would be the point in having trains? There'd need to be a very high cost to building and using one, and when it returns it needs 200 MW to recharge its batteries. Otherwise, assuming you can have it sent automatically, trains would become obsolete.
