Well most chemical processes relsease big amounts of heat. There should be a heat enthalpy to regulate this so that some off the wall exotermic processes should be capped by the mount of cooling you can pull out of the chemical plant. While some processe require heat to work.

Have solarpanels out been changed to remotely the correct amount of kw per area?
