Re: [0.17.3] Campaign Experience and Suggestions

the first steps' to-do list should avoid concluding on "go on the internet and look up a tutorial for the tutorial"? I totally agree with this. I am playing the campaign for the version 0.17.74 and I'm gummed up on the objective "have iron gear wheels in the Compilatron chest 33/50&q...

Re: Lab GUI usability problem

A well designed gui should be self-explanatory, and better graphically than with words.

Re: Lab GUI usability problem

Yes, in the Tecnologie screen is obvious that you need only red science pack and that you have to push the button 'research' to research. But not that you have to use the lab, that looks like something you can't use because you don't have enough ingredients. I thought that researching was pressing T...

Re: Research not working in Ubuntu 12.04

Ok, thank you very much for your answer. I thought that for running the lab I needed science pack 1, 2, 3 y 4 and modules, and in order to get the blue and the purple ones and modules I needed to research first. Now I see that It works also with the red one only when you put it on. I think that's an...

Lab GUI usability problem

Hi, I don't know if it's me that I'm not playing well, or if it's a bug, but I am unable to complete any research: progress bar does not progress and nothing happens when researching. I tried Factorio 0.12.25, 0.12.26 and today 0.12.29. Also, my computer crashes often when playing Factorio (Ubuntu 1...

Re: Friday Facts #12

Great improvement! It's about time! The actual logo is the ugliest thing in Factorio.
I would say the #1 is nicer, I like the rounded corners and the inside lines, they generate movement and make it more dynamic, more like Factorio is.
I find the second one too stiff.
