I can only produce a limited variety of items in my SAM. Is there a reason for this? for example i cannot produce solar pannels??

Any idea why it would show them as missing? or why it is highlighted in red in my mods folder in game.

the mods shows dependencies as being base >=0.12.33. Any ideas what this is?
