Re: [0.18.33] Weird train glitch?

Apparently restarting the game has fixed the issue.

[0.18.33] Weird train glitch?

I have the latest version and some of the trains when turning have this fuzzy image instead of the normal one. See below image. I have only noticed this behavior when the train turns at that 45 angel toward the bottom right of the screen. It happens if the train turns either direction. Untitled.png

Are you using any mods?
I'm using Bottleneck 0.11.3 and Endless Resources 0.18.0. I'm not a big mod person.

Re: [0.18.18] Shift clicking a stack to retrieve all produces new copy

They weren't empty, that's my point. The already had a filter and were full with that item. See below for what the train normally looks like. I shift+left clicked to take the entire stack and it also at that point applied a new filter. As you can see from the screenshot, I took many stacks, and some...

[0.18.18] Shift clicking a stack to retrieve all produces new copy

See below attached image. I shift clicked a bunch of items to remove from my train, and each one I clicked pasted a different new filter.

Re: Friday Facts #341 - Audio, Artillery, Attenuation

When are we going to see nuclear artillery shells? Why did we only make Rockets and traditional gun ammo nuclear enhanced? I also wonder why we had to go away from the ideal of building on the previous for the atomic bomb. For the nuclear ammo, we build up from regular ammo to piercing to nuclear. H...

Re: Version 0.18.13

I find the current solution perfect I don't find it unperfect, but grouping all of the blueprint options together under a menu opened by the B key seemed simple and elegant to me, as opposed to only separate key commands for each time (blueprint, upgrade, deconstruct). you literally have that at th...

Re: Version 0.18.13

Why did we have to remove the ability to create a blueprint, from the blueprint menu? I'm not sure how it's helpful that when you hit B only the ability to create a blueprint book is available. Alt+B is OK, but why need an extra key? I find the current solution perfect I don't find it unperfect, bu...

Re: [0.18.9] Logistic slot not loading?

Chances are you abandoned them somewhere and they are out of power trying to get back. If you are sure this is not the case, post the save. Eventually I did regain the full number. This is a reason I've asked for an indicator to show how many construction bots are currently active, much like we alr...

[0.18.9] Logistic slot not loading?

For whatever reason my logistic delivery slot for Construction bots doesn't seem to be working. When I go to logistic delivery areas that contain construction bots, none get delivered. See the screenshot that I'm supposed to get 40 construction bots, i have 38, and there are plenty in storage.

Re: Use nearest artillery turret for manual targeting

You say that, but every time I manual target it uses the last 2 turrets I built. Even when you queue up lots (I mean wildly clicking on the map) of artillery shots? It really only uses these two turrets? No, if I were to fire only 2, then it uses the last 2 I placed (i usually place pairs). If i we...

Re: Use nearest artillery turret for manual targeting

It's actually not the latest build turret but what ever turret just happens to update next and be within range with ammo ready to shoot at that location. Having it be nearest-first would add extra performance overhead that I don't consider worth it. You say that, but every time I manual target it u...

Use nearest artillery turret for manual targeting

When I manually target something with artillery, it always fires with the last turret built within range, and not the nearest turret. What happens is the travel time is extended a lot more than it needs to be. I have Artillery Shell Range 31, so manually targeting means about any of my turrets can r...

Re: Friday Facts #309 - Controversial opinions

Please don't make miners require an inserter to unload. I just had to re-do all of my rocket fuel setups by adding light fuel piped to the assemblers, having to go to all of my mining sites and re map them would not be enjoyable. Also, it would make it hard to tightly pack in the miners on some of t...

Re: How do you handle power shortages?

Anyone triggered by the wrong boiler:steam engine ratio? Ratio is ok for backup. He just need add storage tanks. So hot steam is ready when night comes. To be honest this is supplement for the power my nuclear can't handle. I've had a couple of times where I've dipped into my 1 TJ of accumulator st...

How do you handle power shortages?

I've been adding some steam engines around my large base running off coal. Everything about it doesn't use power, but creates it with burner miners, burner inserters, and the offshore water pump(which for some reason doesn't require electricity).

Re: New rocket fuel

Edit: Is the blue output belt compressed? My setup doesn't fill the lines, but I'm not intending to. This is at my 2ndary site for rocket parts production. I have 3 trains that deliver parts to the rocket launching site. They fill at another site and generally by the time they make it to this site ...
