Just throwing this out... I'd love to see a version of Industrial Revolution that allowed for steam power to be used all the way to (steam-powered) rockets. It could be a really ridiculous and awesome looking steampunk fantasy version of IR3. Of course, tons of ridiculous team-powered technologies ...
