In order to reproduce the issue, you have to disable the RQ then create the exchange string.

Once that's done, importing the string and then enabling RQ will create a new map with RQ disabled.

I just woke up, and this is how it was done.

I was unable to reproduce this issue with Gnome which is the default DE that comes with Antegros. Gnome was ticking me off tonight. They also had updates since I posted and it included Linux and nVidia updates. Going to call this a non issue now.
