Small splitter

TL;DR
1x1 splitter for two lanes of a belt.
What ?
1x1 straight belt segment.
Options for both input and output : left only - left priority - balance - right priority - right only.
Item filter could also be useful.
Some of these options are interchangeable (through common splitter), so whatever.
Why ?
After Splitter got its upgrade with filtering options, Underground belt "trick" (rather an exploit) looks completely out of place.

Unless the devs change their mind (which would be VERY surprising), won't happen.
