Drones: 			Roboports replace the originally needed drone-antennas
					Ingredients and technology-dependencies are now much harder to get
					Drones can only by used from a monitoring station
YARM:				Ressources Monitor is only accessable from monitoring station
EfficienSee:		Only accessable from monitoring station
BlueprintFlipper:	Buttons show only when blueprint is selected
CTLM: 				Added a function to automatically take pictures when a ChangeLogger-Commit is detected (sadly not working on headless-server)
BobHarderEndgame: 	Removed the dependency on bobs modules. It is now optional. 
MapLabels: 			Map labels are now indestructable
PersonalTeleporter: Recipes need much more alien artifacts (to account for Bobs enemies dropping them), but less other ressources
					Teleporting is only possible within the same logistic network (use Drones for fast outpost-access, aircraft for warfare!)
					Fixed selection & collision boxes for teleporter beacon
					
PenumaticTransport: Complete overhaul of the building process
					Can now request building-material for ghosts
					Capsules need to be transported back manuelly and lubricated for reuse
					Added some graphics
					Changed the recipes to need some bob stuff
Vanilla changes:	Concrete and stone-bricks can now be placed near water
