[Rseding91] [2.0.21] Automated insertion limit value in artillery turret is incorrect

The game tooltip on artillery shell inside artillery turret says "Automated insertion limit: 15"; despite it being capped at 5. (Yes, I tried to use artillery turret as a chest on a space platform to carry artillery shells).
