[Genhis][2.0.13] Undo module upgrade does not update GUI

When undoing a module upgrade from ghost to ghost, the GUI does not update

Step 1: Assembly Machine filled with ghost modules

Step 2: Upgrade the modules in remote view

Step 3: Click on the machine to open the GUI, and then Ctrl+Z downgrades the modules again, but does not update the GUI

Step 4: Closing and re-opening the GUI shows the correct ghost modules (no picture provided)

I provided a save file with the above setup, just in case.
