Attached is a video showing the difference between ghosting an underground over the top of existing belt vs placing it by hand and then undoing each.
If one uses a ghost underground and then changes one's mind, the middle belt is still marked for deconstruction, even post undo. Contrasting with simply placing a non-ghost underground and uses undo, there belt that is automatically removed is ghosted to be put back.
My expected behaviour for the ghost situation would be to also undo the deconstruction of the middle belts (and, if they were picked up by bots, to be ghosted for replacement).
No specific savegame here or log, just the video for an artifact to share.

Thanks for the report. I can reproduce the issue in 1.1.77 however it looks like it was already fixed for 1.2.0 so i am moving it to "fixed for 1.2"
