map explore command?

I know the command to auto-explore a large area of land, but I would like to know, how can I only "explore" already explored chunks? I'm using RSO mod and have regenerated the map resources, so I just want to be able to update the already explored region of the map to show the new resources and biter nests, without having to wait for my radars to cover the area again.
